 1. Go to https://wordpress.org/plugins/, search for "comments" (for
 example).
 2. On https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/comments/, there's a locale
 banner (depending on browser's `Accept-Language` settings): "The plugin
 directory is also available in [https://ru.wordpress.org/plugins/ Русский]
 (also: [https://cs.wordpress.org/plugins/ čeština])."
 3. The links in the banner lead to the Plugin Directory home page and
 don't account for the search keywords.
