 Actually there is a ticket for GlotPress for notifications
 (https://github.com/GlotPress/GlotPress-WP/issues/702) but is set on
 future so in the meantime maybe we can do a plugin specific on wp.org

 There is

 integrations.php?rev=2657 on the meta.

 My idea was:

 * Get the slack user configured on the profile of the reviewer
 * Send a notification by a bot or slackbot privately to the user about new
 strings to review or translate

 The reviewers are happy and we can move more people on slack to improve
 the participation in the international community.
