 Hi @ivan192, welcome to WordPress Meta Trac! Thanks for the ticket.

 GlotPress as a plugin does support translations and is
 [https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/glotpress translated
 into 17 locales].

 https://translate.wordpress.org, however, intentionally has an English UI,
 to make sure that translators are fluent in both English and their native
 language. As explained in the
 [https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/handbook/translating/#what-do-i
 -need-to-know translator handbook]:
 > You need to be bilingual – fluent in both written English and the
 language(s) you will be translating into. Casual knowledge of either one
 will make translating difficult for you, and can make result in a
 localization that is confusing.
