 more descriptive of what we want. In truth, once it is automated for one
 trac it'll be automated for them all, but if someone is keen to raise a
 specific lack of a meta contributor badge in the meantime, they can do so
 here (though I'll be parsing more regularly).

 I recently recieved props for a ticket to Meta and haven't seen the badge
 appear yet. Is this still a manual thing or has it been fixed to auto
 assign and I just need to wait a bit?
