 Hi Timi, thanks for the suggestion. Supporting blind speaker selection is
 definitely something that many on the Community team value.

 That's one of the goals of the [https://github.com/imath/wordcamp-talks
 WordCamp Talks] plugin that's being developed. It has roles for different
 members of the organizing team, so that some can vote blind. It's not
 quite ready for production yet, but if you'd like to help get it there,
 just ping @tjnowell on Slack some time and he can help you find a good
 place to get plugged in.
