 I don't think a new channel is needed for this myself.
 The main #cli channel doesn't seem that busy that the discussion of a
 short-term project will be lost - If it was a long-term project with
 continued discussion/activity, a new channel would make sense.

 Lets just let it sit in the main channel for now, and if discussion
 overloads the existing channel, we can reconsider?
