 I still think we should:
 1. Rename `plugins` to `plugins-old` (for consistency with `forums-old`)
 2. Rename `plugins-v3` to `plugins` (for consistency with `themes`).
 3. Rename `WordPress Plugin Directory v3` to just `WordPress Plugin
 Directory`.

 There won't by a v4 anytime soon, so having a version number here seems
 inconsistent with other projects.
