 Anchor Links on the Theme Directory
 (https://wordpress.org/themes/commercial/) have hover Red Color with no
 text decoration but this is not present on Plugin directory
 (https://wordpress.org/plugins/). There should be consistency for all
 Links. All links should have same property on all Pages.
