 Whenever the GitHub documentation sync runs (the REST-API documentation on
 DevHub does this), quotes get HTML encoded, and since they are inside code
 blocks, the HTML is never rendered.

 Current example https://developer.wordpress.org/rest-api/extending-the-
 rest-api/routes-and-endpoints/
