 Yesterday WordPress 4.9 version is released. So need to update the code
 reference with latest version.

 E.g. Function [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/browser/tags/4.8/src/wp-
 includes/functions.php#L4258 validate_file() in version 4.8] has link to
 WordPress 4.8. It should be
 [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/browser/tags/4.9/src/wp-
 includes/functions.php#L4255 validate_file() in version 4.9]
