Comment:

 Closing as `maybelater` - The Twenty* themes are popular themes in of
 themselves, and removing them is kind of against the point of the view in
 the first place.

 Quite possibly when being viewed from core it should exclude themes that
 are already installed from that view, which would be a core change I'd be
 in favour of (if that doesn't already occur)
