 That string is internationalized, so you'll see a local city as soon as
 it's translated.

 The database we have is primarily city-centric. It has some region
 information, but it's not detailed or comprehensive enough to fully
 support. The API does try to match inputs other than cities, but we only
 explicitly mention cities in the instructions because that's the only
 thing we can guarantee will work.
