 https://wordpress.org/plugins/browse/ currently gives a 404 error page.

 It should probably default to https://wordpress.org/plugins/browse/new/
 instead.

 Also, just noting that https://wordpress.org/plugins/browse/updated/ no
 longer exists. That might be ok, but a few reports have mentioned it, so
 there may be a case for restoring it. (The same data is available from the
 API, just to be clear).
