 Hi guys,

 Elliot here from ACF.

 I would like to see this removed feature added back ASAP. The new plugin
 repo page is looking good, but without a public page to download previous
 versions, plugin developers are left without any solution for users who
 need to rollback.

 For those reading this thread, I'm happy to share with you a solution I
 whipped up this morning. It's a simple function to use on your website
 that will display a list of downloads for your plugin:
