#2589: Clarify contributors vs author in Special Roles and Capabilities

 The [https://developer.wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-org/special-user-
roles-capabilities/#contributors Special User Roles and Capabilities doc]
 references an `Author` entry in a plugin's readme.txt. I think this should
read `Contributors` to match the entry in the
 [https://wordpress.org/plugins/about/readme.txt example readme standard]?

Resulting list of WordPress.org usernames appear in the Authors section of
the current listing page, Contributors & Developers section of the new
 directory page.

The new plugin directory listing has an Author byline, pulled from
`Author` and `Author URI` in the plugin's PHP doc block. Extra marketing
but not a user role or capability. The current documentation might confuse
 these entries.

Possible bonus feature: mention if values are pulled from trunk or stable
 tag.
