 Just wanted to note that we've got a similar report on support forums:
 https://ru.wordpress.org/support/topic/мой-плагин-в-репозитории-не-мой/

 "hiWeb AdmiMenu" was displayed with a wrong title "Free Landing Pages
 Builder by Wishpond" when searching from an admin with `ru_RU` locale,
 until the (previously untranslated) plugin title was translated into
 Russian.
