 In the [https://make.wordpress.org/meta/2016/08/19/support-forum-
 preliminary-mockups/ preliminary mockups], there's enough breathing room
 between sections and items on home page, but in the current theme it seems
 a bit superfluous. On https://ru.wordpress.org/support/, we have 12
 forums, and the list doesn't even fit on my desktop screen.

 With that much whitespace, it's hard to focus on forum descriptions and
 find the right place to go.

 I think we could keep enough breathing room, but remove some excess
 whitespace to make the page easier to parse.
