 [attachment:2174.patch] adds an "Unresolved Topics" view next to "Active
 Topics": [attachment:2174.PNG].

 @samuelsidler: The patch adds some rewrite rules. If I proceed with the
 commit, will it be handled on deploy, or is there some other process to
 trigger the refresh?
