 The meeting times on https://make.wordpress.org/meetings/ could use an
 update:
 * Core Media Weekly Chat is correct on that page (18:00 UTC), but an hour
 late on [https://make.wordpress.org/core/ make/core] (19:00 UTC). Can an
 admin update it there?
  * The chat link has an empty URL: `<a href="">Media Weekly Chat</a>`. It
 should link to https://make.wordpress.org/core/components/media/.
 * Docs Weekly Chat is an hour late: currently 18:00 UTC, should be 17:00
 UTC.
  * The chat is biweekly rather than monthly.
 * Dashicons Weekly Chat is apparently no longer active.
 * Community Team Monthly Chat is an hour early: currently 19:00 UTC,
 should be 20:00 UTC.
  * There's an earlier chat at 08:00 UTC to cater to different time zones,
 similar to Polyglots.
  * It's also biweekly rather than monthly (first and third Thursdays of
 every month), per [https://make.wordpress.org/community/ make/community].
 * Core JavaScript Weekly Chat is correct, but is missing on
 [https://make.wordpress.org/core/ make/core]. Can an admin add it there?
 * Core Multisite Weekly Chat is an hour late: currently 17:00 UTC, should
 be 16:00 UTC.
 * GlotPress Office Hours is an hour late: currently 18:00 UTC, should be
 17:00 UTC.
 * Themes Weekly Chat is an hour late: currently 18:00 UTC, should be 17:00
 UTC. They're also switching to biweekly meetings, per
 https://make.wordpress.org/themes/2017/06/25/agenda-for-june-27/.
 * Polyglots Weekly Chat (1) is an hour late: currently 11:00 UTC, should
 be 10:00 UTC.
  * Polyglots chat numbers are reversed: the earlier one should be (1), the
 later one should be (2).
 * Core REST API Weekly Chat is correct (Wednesday 13:00 UTC), but is wrong
 on [https://make.wordpress.org/core/ make/core] (Monday 22:00 UTC). Can an
 admin update it there?
 * Meta Weekly Data Chat is apparently no longer active.
 * Support Weekly Chat is an hour late: currently 17:00 UTC, should be
 16:00 UTC.
 * Design Weekly Chat is replaced with weekly triage meetings of UI/UX
 feedback tag on Trac (Monday 16:00 UTC):
