 Enhancement: allow to directly find the intended plugin by adding a new
 search type in the plugin search api: slug/URL

 According to @otto42
 (https://wordpress.slack.com/archives/C02QB8GMM/p1498690532413715) this
 would be a very small amount of new code in the directory code, and even
 smaller in core.
