 standard click.

 [attachment:2906.patch] adds the missing `return false;` to do that. We
 already [source:sites/trunk/wordpress.org/public_html/style/trac/wp-
 trac.js?rev=4805#L365 do the same for links in ticket preview], so this
 ensures consistent behaviour.
