 Hello,

 I'm opening this ticket to note discrepancies across Rosetta/Localized
 sites such as en-ca vs en-au.

 1. Page Slug for releases/download page should be consistent.
 Currently en-ca uses /download whereas en-au uses /releases
 *I'd suggest going with /releases across the board and making /download be
 a 301 redirect to /releases

 ***I left the page as is so #meta team can handle how they feel
 appropriate with redirects, etc. if needed.

 2. Page Title for releases/download page should be consistent.
 On en-ca it's Canadian Releases and many others are just Releases.
 Should that page be prefixed with the local?

 3. Menus across sites should be consistent, it was mentioned that they can
 be customized per-site but should they follow a standard?
