 @ocean90 is there any update on it? I see, that the #1825 is closed as
 fixed.

 It would be really helpful to have a handbook on local O2/P2. Especially
 for onboarding new contributors and PTE.

 I would like to contribute to making handbooks available at local teams if
 it's needed.
