 1. Go to https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/.
 2. You'll get a JS error in browser console:
 {{{
 wp-trac.js?39:59 Uncaught ReferenceError: wpTracCurrentUser is not defined
 }}}
 The variable is defined in
 [source:sites/trunk/trac.wordpress.org/templates/site.html?rev=5505&marks=265#L260
 templates/site.html], but apparently the Plugins Trac doesn't use that
 template.

 https://themes.trac.wordpress.org/ doesn't have this issue.
