 I think the new menus are a long way forward and I'm not sure if this is a
 new issue, or a related one that can tag along... but as Community has an
 ever growing handbook, with increasingly nested pages the current
 navigation isn't quite handling the level 3 menu items clearly.

 I believe it would be ideal if we had collapsing/expanding level 3 (or 4)
