 Currently if you click 'Contact Plugin Author' you email the person who
 'owns' the plugin. This should actually be the owner + anyone who has
 commit access. Often the owner is a company, but the developer is 'just' a
 committer. By emailing everyone, we ensure a broader spectrum of "Hey,
 y'all, read this!"
