 According to the [https://meta.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/2988 landing
 page] and [https://meta.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/2987 style guide]
 proposals, we want to announce the upcoming event ''Global WordPress
 Translation Day'' in multiple ways.

 The idea is to have teaser graphics to use in an unfolding campaign for
 the event promotion.

 We want to create translatable graphic material to make it easier to
 announce the event in the local communities.

 @zetaraffix is on it to create the teaser graphics. She'll attach them
 here as soon as she has them ready for feedback.
