 I'm greatly in favour of adding a link to the support profile somewhere at
 the top right, as in your screenshot.

 The current location is not only unintuitive, but it's buried below a ton
 of other text, almost always requires scrolling to locate, and is very
 easy to miss.

 It would be much more intuitive to put it at the top right.
