 Hello,

 I visited https://wordpress.org/plugins/browse/popular/ then visited the
 last page using the pagination:
 https://wordpress.org/plugins/browse/popular/page/3007/

 It gives a 404.

 I tried reducing the 3007 number to 2999 still got the error.
