 It'd be great to add a link to WP-CLI commands from the
 developer.wordpress.org homepage.

 Attached is a patch that does so. However, the layout ends up looking like
 this:

 I don't have any opinions on how to resolve the design problem. Four
 column layout seems like it would be squished, and a two by two grid isn't
 the most appealing approach.
