 [https://make.wordpress.org/core/handbook/best-practices/inline-
 documentation-standards/javascript/#supported-jsdoc-tags Supported JSDoc
 Tags] section most of the tags erroneously link to profiles.wordpress.org.

 [972] fixed this for the old P2 theme, but was not ported to the new
 Breathe theme.
