 We have https://wordpress.org/download/source/, which seems appropriate
 for this.

 Currently, it links to https://code.trac.wordpress.org/browser/wordpress-
 sources (introduced in [https://code.trac.wordpress.org/changeset/134
 code:134]), which is no longer maitained.
