 * In single topic view, breadcrumbs are displayed at the top.
 * In single forum view, breadcrumbs are displayed after the forum title.
 * In single tag view, breadcrumbs are not displayed at all.

 See the screenshots. Suggestions:

 * In single forum view, display breadcrumbs at the top.
 * Add breadcrumbs to single tag view.
