 We accidentally deleted the forum welcome links :D

 That's okay. The old one was bad. The new one is gooder and in the
 handbook: https://make.wordpress.org/support/handbook/forum-welcome/

 I know @sam would like a blurb of one

 but as @clorith pointed out:

 So here's what we have. A link to the welcome.

 Since the 'welcome to support' link goes to the forums for other sites,
 why not this:
