New description:

Occasionally some users show up with inappropriate Gravatars (actual
 rating R instead of G).

Removing them currently requires changing user's email to something like
`username+nogravatar at gmail.com`, which is less than ideal and only works
for Gmail. This option is unavailable for Rosetta forums, as there are no
administrators, and keymasters or moderators cannot edit user profiles,
 see #1985.

There should be a way to hide user's Gravatar via a checkbox in their
profile, available to moderators and keymasters.
