 I can see why you'd say that because of the way the sections are displayed
 on the home page of the new version (which I argued against). But it
 really is a hidden feature. I only noticed it because I was comparing the
 old to the new, and I've been around awhile. When I'm searching for
 plugins, I'm not usually logged in. At least with the old, the word
 Favorite is next to the heart icon. I'm not sure where they'll "learn more
 about it" on the new version.
