Changes (by dd32):

 * status:  new => closed

Comment:

 I've renamed/archived the previous group (members may still view and
 search the group via https://wordpress.slack.com/archives/archived), and
 created a new one in it's place with the above members.

 Note, that there isn't a need to whitelist users for `/announce` and
 `/here` in private groups as everyone is allowed to. You can verify this
 by announcing a blank message: `/announce ` (that's a space after it)
 which will show you whether you're allowed to use the command in that
 channel/group. Invitations are also open to everyone in channels/groups.
