 Caused by [source:sites/trunk/wordpress.org/public_html/wp-content/plugins
 /support-forums/inc/class-performance-
 optimizations.php?rev=4503&marks=205,206#L196 these two lines], introduced
 in [3903].

 * Would it be possible to remove ` $r['orderby'] = 'ID';` for "Most
 popular topics" view?
 * Should this view be limited to the last six months?

 The first item should make the view at least somewhat accurate.
