 I just realized make.wordpress.org/flow is now make.wordpress.org/test.
 The main URL redirects, but no others do.

 Trying to find an old article I wrote revealed to me that the /flow/ site
 is gone, and it now 404s, instead of properly redirecting to
 https://make.wordpress.org/test/2015/02/26/core-support-for-wordpress-
 images-to-open-in-a-modal-window/

 I tested that this is also the case for several other URL structures (like
 author URLs) and probably most others.

 It'd be nice for a proper regex based redirect scheme to handle older
 content that's indexed with /flow/ instead of /test/.
