 That's what the old [source:sites/trunk/wordpress.org/public_html/wp-
 content/themes/pub/wporg-p2/header.php?rev=2221&marks=3 wporg-p2] theme
 was using before the switch to
 [source:sites/trunk/wordpress.org/public_html/wp-content/themes/pub/wporg-
 breathe/header.php?rev=4607&marks=2 wporg-breathe] was made, which uses
 `get_bloginfo( 'name', 'display' )` for all titles for some reason. As far
 as I can see, it was not an intended change.
