 Many/most make.wp.org pages have the same <TITLE> tag. That’s got big SEO
 implications, of course, and it also makes it tough to identify and
 revisit previously viewed pages (attaching a screen shot of my browser
 history). Quickest fix would probably be to populate the <TITLE> field
 with the page title instead of the site name.
