 So that the latest trac ticket can be found faster add a link under the
 "Development" section.

 For example Twenty Sixteen: https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/

 A search does not return the latest ticket on the top:
 https://themes.trac.wordpress.org/search?q=Twenty+Seventeen

 The latest ticket is available as a post meta of the theme so should be
 possible to display.

 If that is not possible we could display the list of ticket for the
 theme's keyword.
