 -- The consequence of this line of thought is getting replies from the
 plugin authors asking for additional information that could have been
 provided in the users first response. That is much more troublesome than
 taking a little extra time.

 Placeholder text would be a good first step in the right direction, but
 what often happens is that users don't actually replace the placeholder
 text.

 We do this -- it means zero, users never read pinned threads.
