 I think the first iteration of this should be focused on something generic
 for ''all plugins'', adding a way to customise the prompt on a per-plugin
 basis could be implemented later.

 Based on that, lets determine what would be most beneficial to all
 plugins, perhaps a list of common questions which you find yourself asking
 reporters of issues would be a good start.
