 @tellyworth and I have written the above patch which adds a daily cron
 that fetches translations from GlotPress and stores the translated plugin
 title and description in each plugin's post meta.

 The ideal solution would be to perform this sync every time that GlotPress
 is updated, but this is a good stop-gap solution for now.

 @dd32 — would you mind looking over this?
