#363 added a "Site URL" link displayed under support topics. The link is
currently only displayed to logged-in users, as per comment:11:ticket:363.
One of ru_RU moderators suggested some further improvements:
* There should be some indication of the link for logged-out users, for
better context. Otherwise, the discussion is not fully clear unless you
log in and then suddenly see the link. The indication could be the URL
itself (if made open for everyone) or just an icon with a notice like "URL
only available for logged-in users".
* There should be an indication of the link for RSS readers as well. Some
people (including moderators) follow the forums via RSS and could ask for
the link without knowing it's already there.
* The link should be renamed to "URL to the problem" or something along
these lines.
In technical terms, the "Site URL" link is not any different from any
links in post content, so maybe it could be a regular `nofollow` link as
well, open for everyone?
