 The review at https://wordpress.org/support/topic/great-plugin-13675/ was
 mysteriously stickied to every forum. I have attached a screenshot of what
 it looked like.

 We were able to unsticky it via the backend, but would love to find out
 what happened and what measures can be taken to prevent this in the
 future.
