 Hi @netweb

 The permalink you shared for instance doesn't auto-underline as it's a
 capitalized version;

 The same goes for this one from 4.1.x as it's capitalized;

 Here's another from 4.1.x that's lowercase as so it's picked up and
 underlined properly;

 I'm not sure why you're seeing the underline on the one you shared and I'm
 not?? Do you possibly have a browser extension or something in place??
