 On a page like https://translate.wordpress.org/locale/en-gb/default/wp-
 plugins/wp-github-sync (choice of locale and plugin is arbitrary for this
 example), there's a link under the plugin description with the text
 "WordPress.org Plugin Page". This currently links to
 https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-github-sync (for this example).

 I believe it would make more sense to point it to the locale-specific URL
 i.e. https://en-gb.wordpress.org/plugins/wp-github-sync - this would allow
 GTEs/PTEs to see how the Readme strings look on the relevant front-end,
 and allow those who are focussed on a particular locale to continue
 browsing under that locale's subdomain.
