 Hi team,

 I am playing with https://meta.trac.wordpress.org and found some issues.

 1) Data showing wrong date for the slack channel meeting
 2) On 404 not found page, search form should have better UI. At least not
 touch to the bottom line

 please check attached file for the more information.
